Production Process

The entire manufacturing process is automatically monitored, which allows us to detect and eliminate irregularities immediately. We’re able to introduce improvements into our production process quickly, and we employ a technologically advanced quality control system.

Manufacturing capacity

We are one of the largest viscose yarn manufacturer equipped with 30000 spindles 3D COMPACT technology, 140000 spindles and 1440 airjet spinning units. We have production capacity of 110 tons per day & 80 loom 40,000 meters per day.
